phiNet® iv

Measurement of I-V curves of photovoltaic modules

Description

It allows improving the performance of photovoltaic plants by knowing the electrical parameters of commercial photovoltaic modules, and analyzing the phenomena associated with the operation of photovoltaic plants in real time and in the cloud.

Degradation detection
It detects phenomena of decay in energy production associated with the degradation of photovoltaic modules, cracks in cells, and module degradation due to phenomena associated with the operation of the photovoltaic plant.

Hot Spot Tracking
Monitoring and control of hot spots in photovoltaic modules, historical record of the I-V curves of modules affected by high heating due to the operation of the strings.

Dust measurement
Measurement, monitoring and control of the deposition of dust and contaminants on the surface of photovoltaic modules. Advanced studies in the photovoltaic plant for optimal maintenance planning.

Advantages

Field installation
The equipment is installed in the field and has a quick response after-sales service. The facilities can be designed according to the needs of the clients.

WiFi
It is specially designed for the management of measurement data in
any device with internet connection.

Data records
The platform allows configuring the stations remotely, establishing a history of the measurement records of each module.

Reports
The stations connect to the phiNer platform where they receive the information, process it and view it in online reports, PDF reports, or download data in CSV format.

Specifications

General data

  • Measurement of electrical parameters (<500W STC): current [A] and voltage [V]. Obtaining I-V and P-V curves for different conditions of solar radiation and temperature every 10 minutes.
  • Obtaining the Maximum Power Point of each measurement.
  • Measurement of solar radiation on an inclined plane (GI) [W/m2], temperature of the photovoltaic modules, ambient temperature, speed and direction of the wind in each reading of the electrical parameters of the modules.
  • Transmission of data to the phiNet® platform hour by hour. Visualization of the data in graphical form.
    PDF reports of measurements.
QR code printing for photovoltaic module identification.
  • Historical monitoring of the measurements of each module (life history).
  • phiNet® iv system with transportable system in IP67 case, includes main accessories for field measurement.

phiNergy

Follow your energy consumption and/or generation

Description

This datalogger system measures single-phase current with a non-invasive clamp meter and stores the measurements on an online platform. These are accessible from the internet, allowing consumption and/or generation to be known from any device connected to the network.

phiNergy automatically measures the generation of a photovoltaic installation and sends it to the cloud instantly when there is a WiFi network available.

Once installed between the inverter and the bidirectional meter; By means of a current sensor included in the product, it processes and encrypts in a chain of blocks the current generated by a certain photovoltaic system and its relative information and sends it to an online platform, where the processes and statistics used by it can be traced. this particular generation.

Advantages

Installation
It’s very simple to set up, and can be installed anywhere you have a WiFi network with internet access.

Online platform
This logging system measures single-phase current with a non-invasive clamp meter and stores the measurements on an online platform.

Reports
It has a web platform where it receives the information, processes it and displays it in online reports, PDF reports, or downloads data in CSV format.

Specifications

General data

  • Supply voltage 5 VDC, 220 VAC
  • Consumption 2.2W @ 5VDC
  • Operating Temperature -40°C to 70°C
  • Current Sensor 10A, 30A

Measurement

  • 16 bit resolution
  • Sampling Rate 1 Hz
